Refund Policy

We want you to feel certain about your investment. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.

The 14-day promise

For any Mastery purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of payment, for any reason.

What's eligible

• Mastery individual courses and certification tracks.
• Annual or monthly subscriptions, prorated where required by law.

What's not eligible

• Cohort programs after the live kickoff session has occurred.
• Requests made more than 14 days after the original payment.
• Accounts found in breach of our Terms (e.g. credential sharing).

How to request

Email billing@siraajschool.comfrom the address on your account with your order details. We typically process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may take an additional few days to post the refund.

Free Foundations

Foundations courses are free, so no refund is needed — you can stop any time and your account remains active.
